Our Services

RC Rental provides long-term vehicle rental and Rent-to-Own solutions throughout Australia. All applications are subject to eligibility, approval, and vehicle availability.

Rent-to-Own

Our Rent-to-Own program provides a pathway to vehicle ownership. Ownership remains with RC Rental until all payments and obligations under the signed agreement have been fulfilled.

Independent Decision

RC Rental provides vehicle subscription and Rent-to-Own services only. We do not provide financial, legal or credit advice. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any vehicle subscription or Rent-to-Own agreement is suitable for their individual circumstances before entering into an agreement.

Eligibility and Approval

All vehicle applications are subject to identity verification, eligibility assessment, approval and vehicle availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and RC Rental reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion.

Payments

Customers are responsible for making all payments by their due dates. Failure to do so may result in additional fees, suspension of benefits, cancellation of the agreement, or recovery of the vehicle where permitted under the signed agreement.

Vehicle Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Hold a valid driver's licence.

• Use the vehicle lawfully and in accordance with the signed agreement.

• Be responsible for tolls, fines, infringements, excess kilometres, and any damage not covered by the agreement.

• Report accidents or damage promptly.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website. Customers entering into a vehicle subscription or Rent-to-Own agreement will receive a separate agreement containing the full contractual terms and conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
